Jenny O'Mahony, RN
RN, BSN Registered Nurse & ADHD Coach
Jenny O'Mahony is a registered nurse, parent support and ADHD coach with a strong foundation in acute care, leadership, and education. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of British Columbia in 2006 and has since built a diverse career within the healthcare system. Her experience includes extensive work in acute care settings, both at the bedside and in leadership roles, and faculty work teaching specialty nursing.
In recent years, Jenny has expanded her practice to focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. She works one-on-one with parents of neurodivergent children, providing guidance, advocacy support, and personalized tools to help bring greater peace, connection, and balance to family life.
In addition, she provides adult ADHD coaching, helping clients understand their neurodivergence, build self-awareness, and develop tools for sustainable success. Jenny brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, coaching skills, and lived experience to her work. Her approach is grounded, empathetic, and focused on empowering individuals to feel seen, supported, and capable of thriving in their own way.
Personal Life
Outside of work, Jenny can be found enjoying time with her husband, three children and two dogs.
